Our products
Coils, bent tubes, logs and other constructions assembled and welded in copper, steel for heating and refrigeration.
Copper or steel coils tube made from round tubes which are then ovalised allow you to make the most of a large heat exchange surface without drops in pressure and they take up minimal space inside the boiler.
Production of copper and stainless steel coils from drawings or from specific customer requests with the option to weld brass fittings and counter flanges. Our system and welding processes are certified by the accredited Rina s.p.a body and performed by qualified personnel.
Copper coils
- Tube diameter can be from 3 mm to 22 mm;
- Tubes can be kept round or ovalised;
- Number of spirals according to customer’s requirements;
- Multiple concentric spirals;
- Internal diameter of the coils from 20 mm;
- Coils with internal an external tubes and diameter on request;
- Certified welding of brass and steel fittings with induction process.
Stainless steel coils
- Tube diameter can be from 12 mm to 25 mm;
- Tubes can be kept round or ovalised;
- Number of spirals according to customer’s requirements;
- Multiple concentric spirals;
- Internal diameter of the coils from 40 mm;
- Coils with internal and external tubes and diameter on request;
- Certified welding of brass and steel fittings with induction process.
